Inaphase won the initial base building make good tender to Level 21 in this prestigious Harry Seidler designed building. Having successfully completed this floor, Charter Hall then negotiated a further 5 floors of make good work with us. 

The work included the refurbishment back to a general open floor plan covering bathrooms, lift lobby upgrades, ceiling grids, corridors and open floor space. Trade work included modifications to the electrical tenant boards, lighting, hydraulic, fire and mechanical services, carpet tiles, glazed and solid partitions to create new tenancies, joinery paneling on walls, tiling, blinds, painting, toilet partitions, as well as sanitary ware. Level 19 was transformed into a  end-of-trip facility with DDA bathrooms and showers.

These projects included many difficult programming, staging and sequencing challenges including working on occupied floors. Our experience, ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and assistance in resolving design issues led to the successful delivery of these projects.

This demonstrates Inaphase’s relationship with Charter Hall Asset Services based on continually delivering projects on time, under budget and to a high level of quality. All levels have been completed in a live environment with tenants on shared floors and throughout the building.

We have completed 14 floors at a value of $4.71m. The levels included the following: 1, 5, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, 19, 21, 23, 24, 28, 29 & 30.
